New Groups can be set up at any time. We just need a couple of people, who share a common interest, to get together and offer to organise a gathering of similar minded people. Our Groups Coordinator will help you.

Starting in January 2024 we had two new interest groups: Writing for Pleasure and a Craft Group, We now have two Craft Groups: Beginners' Crochet and demonstrations of various other different groups, both held at the same time. These new groups are growing all the time.

Our new Awareness of Movement Groups set up by Isobel are also very popular.

We had an Outings Coordinator, Steven, who set up different outings for us during 2024, using Age UK and Newquay Lions minibuses. Unfortunately Steven has now moved to Falmouth so we could do with someone to volunteer to organise some more outings for us.

We have two volunteers to help us use our IT equipment: Cemal specialises is laptops and PC's and Eli can help you use your phones, iPads and tablets.

Lots of people have expressed an interest in Family History. We just need someone to volunteer to be the group leader.

We have a volunteer who wants to organise theatre and cinema trips, coming soon.
