This is a small group of people who just fancy a stroll in the open air in good company. The walks are not normally very long, (usually 2 to 5 miles) but we take a long time doing them because we stop a lot to look at points of interest and take photos.

The length of the walk will be decided according to the participants’ abilities, the state of the tide and what is going on in or around Newquay. Sometimes it may be a bus ride away, so bring your bus pass in case we need to bus there or back (or both), and wear shoes suitable for beach or rocky cliff walks.

Walks are mostly on Saturdays, when the weather is fine. Notification of walks will therefore be by email, usually the day before the walk.

We generally finish off in a cafe or pub for refreshments, or we may stop en route.

Contact the group leader the day before or between 8:00am - 9:30am on the day if you need further details.

.If you wish to join the group or lead a walk, please email the mail group leader .
