Every week, intrepid u3a members walk between 5 and 7 miles, in all weathers and in a wide variety of terrains. This is not only a very pleasant way to keep active but it is also very sociable. Discover parts of Cornwall that you never knew existed, while making friends and enjoying beautiful scenery. Many of the walks include rough terrain and stiles… so not for the faint-hearted!
